NetSendo 1.x
Your list, your server, one price
NetSendo is an autoresponder that runs on your own hosting rather than somebody else's platform. Subscribers sit in your database, messages leave through your own mail provider, and the price does not move when the list grows from 500 addresses to 50 000. We install it, connect it to your domain and keep it updated.
The page is up before the shop is: we are finishing the installation automation. Write to us and you will be first when it opens.
What it actually is
PHP and MySQL inside your hosting account. No platform in the middle, no per-subscriber billing, no terms that change because somebody raised a round.
The data is on your account
Subscribers, messages, statistics and unsubscribes live in a database in your own hosting account. You can back it up, export it, or take it somewhere else the same afternoon.
The price does not follow the list
30 or 49 zł a month, whether you write to 300 people or 30 000. The limit is what your hosting plan and your mail provider can send, not a pricing tier.
Sending goes through your provider
You point NetSendo at an SMTP server — your mailbox with us, SendGrid, Mailgun, whichever you already trust. Reputation is yours and so are the statistics.
Old code, kept alive on purpose
1.x was written between 2016 and 2018 and is not getting new marketing features. What it is getting is security fixes, PHP 8 compatibility and a working update channel — three releases shipped on 17 September 2026 alone.
Who this is for — and who it is not
A good fit when
- you already have a mailing list and the per-subscriber pricing has stopped making sense
- you want the addresses on hardware you control, not on a platform account
- you need lists, forms, an autoresponder sequence and statistics — not a marketing suite
- you already host with us, or are willing to
Look elsewhere when
- you want a modern interface and a drag-and-drop journey builder — that is NetSendo 2
- you want somebody else to own deliverability; here the mail provider is your choice and your responsibility
- you send millions of messages a month — shared hosting is the wrong place for that
- you need a product that will still be gaining features in 2030
Silver and Gold, feature by feature
This table is read out of the source. NetSendo 1.x has exactly one licence switch, and every row below is a place in the code where it is tested — nothing here is a marketing distinction.
What Gold adds
Triggers
Move a subscriber to another list, or off one, when something happens: a sign-up, a click, a field changing.
Sales funnels
Chains of lists and messages that move a subscriber along a path instead of sending everyone the same thing.
Site integration (API)
Add a website to the installation and let it create subscribers over the API — the hook every shop and landing page needs.
Sharing data with other sites
Hand subscriber data to a named external site, on your terms.
More than one panel user
Additional accounts with their own permissions, per list. Silver is one administrator.
Composing one-off SMS
Silver sees the SMS list and queue but cannot compose a new one-off message.
Excluding lists from a send
"Do not send to subscribers on these lists" — the switch that stops an offer reaching people who already bought.
A/B tests
Several versions of one message, sent against each other.
Filtering recipients
Send to a subset chosen by custom fields, with AND/OR conditions.
Sending windows
Hours of the day, per weekday, when the queue is allowed to send — globally.
Sending windows per list
The same, set separately for each list.
Sign-up notifications
An email to addresses you name whenever someone joins a list.
In both Silver and Gold
Mailing lists and groups
Unlimited lists, tags, groups, per-list settings.
Subscribers and custom fields
Import, export, statuses, custom fields, unsubscribes and a blacklist.
Messages
One-off mailings, system messages and a queue.
Autoresponder sequence
A queue of messages sent a set number of days after someone joins the list.
Sign-up forms
Generated HTML you paste into your own site, with confirmation pages you can edit.
Templates and snippets
Reusable message templates and blocks.
Message editor
TinyMCE 6 since 1.5.1: images on the server rather than base64, HTML import, content up to 16 MB.
Attachments
Files attached to a mailing, stored outside the web root since 1.5.2.
Statistics
Opens, clicks, bounces, sign-ups and unsubscribes per list and per message.
Bounce handling
Reads a POP3/IMAP mailbox and removes addresses that keep failing.
Multiple SMTP servers
More than one sending server, chosen per list.
Backups
Built-in database backup and restore from inside the panel.
Multi-list mailing
One message to several lists at once.
SMS list and queue
The SMS list, history and queue — SMSAPI and Twilio since 1.5.1.
Online updates
New versions installed from the panel, with a copy of the files taken first.
One thing to know before you choose Silver
Four Gold screens — triggers, funnels, site integration and data sharing — are listed in the Silver menu, and in 1.5.2, the version we install today, they open as a blank page instead of saying they belong to Gold. Version 1.5.3 replaces that blank page with a description of what the feature does and how to get it. The features themselves are exactly as described above. We would rather write this here than have you find it yourself.
Price
Net prices, like everything else in our price list. VAT is added at checkout; a company from another EU country with a valid VAT number is invoiced under reverse charge.
Silver
30 zł/ month
Paid yearly: 300 zł — two months free, the same rule as the hosting plans.
Licence, installation, updates and support for as long as you pay. The licence belongs to the installation and ends with the subscription.
1997 złonce
Includes 12 months of updates and support. After that the program keeps working; only the update channel closes. Another year of updates costs 499 zł.
The licence is yours for good, with the code, and you can move the installation to another host yourself.

49 zł/ month

3997 złonce

Ask us about itIn the price
- The licence itself — Silver or Gold, no separate purchase
- Installation on your domain or a subdomain we create for you
- Online updates, including security fixes
- An SSL certificate for the installation address, renewed automatically
- Support for the installation, by ticket in the panel
Not in the price
- Hosting — NetSendo 1.x runs in your account with us and needs an active plan
- The mail provider and sending costs — you choose the SMTP server and the account is yours
- The domain itself, if you do not have one yet
- Writing your campaigns, importing your list and setting up your funnel
- New features in 1.x. This version gets fixes, not additions — for new features there is NetSendo 2
What has to be true before you order
An active hosting plan with us
The installation lives in your own DirectAdmin account, uses its PHP workers and its database. Any of our plans is enough.
A domain on that account
Either a free one, or any domain of yours — we then create a subdomain such as newsletter.yourfirm.pl and install there. The panel shows you the resulting address before you pay.
The domain pointing at us
If the domain is still hosted elsewhere, the installation is created but the address will not answer until DNS is switched. The certificate is issued when it does.
Somewhere to send from
A mailbox on your own domain with us, or an external provider. This is the first thing you set up after logging in — until you do, nothing leaves.
What it looks like
The interface is Polish and English. These are real screens from version 1.5.2.

Questions people actually ask
How is this different from NetSendo 2?
NetSendo 2 is a new product — a modern interface, a container on a separate application node, and a licence you bring yourself. NetSendo 1.x is the older program running inside your own hosting account, and the licence is part of the price. 1.x is for someone who wants exactly what it already does, cheaply and under their own control. If you want the product that is still being developed, choose 2.
How many subscribers can I have?
We do not count them. In practice the ceiling is your hosting plan (PHP workers, database size) and your mail provider's daily limit. Lists in the tens of thousands run fine on Growth Store; if a list starts to strain the account, we will tell you before it becomes a problem.
What happens if I stop paying?
Seven days after the period ends the update channel closes — the program keeps running and keeps sending. After 21 days sending stops: the cron entry is removed, and your lists, subscribers and history are untouched. After 60 days we pack the installation and the database into an archive in your own home directory and take it off the server. Nothing is ever deleted by us.
What exactly do I own if I buy outright?
A perpetual right to use the version you bought, with the licence code, plus 12 months of updates and support. After that the installation goes on working indefinitely — it simply stops receiving new versions, unless you extend. You can move the installation to another host and enter the code there yourself.
Can I move it to another domain?
Yes. Write to support and we move the installation and the licence. On a subscription the licence stays with us and follows the installation; on a licence you bought outright you can also do it yourself, since you hold the code.
Can I start with Silver and move to Gold?
Yes, from the panel. Going up takes effect immediately and you pay the difference for the days left in the period. Going down takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — no refund, and Gold keeps working until the last day.
Is there a trial?
No, and we would rather say so than run one badly. An installation takes real work on the server, and a two-week trial of a mailing tool is not enough time to import a list, warm up sending and see a result. The first month of Silver costs 30 zł and is cancellable, which is the closest honest equivalent.
Will I be able to move to NetSendo 2 later?
An export from 1.x with a matching import in NetSendo 2 is planned for the first quarter of 2027, including unsubscribes and the blacklist. Until it ships, moving means exporting subscribers to CSV and importing them by hand — which works, but loses the sequence history.
Order from the panel
The product is real and so are the prices — what is not ready yet is the automation that installs it for you. Write to us and we will tell you the moment ordering opens, or set your installation up by hand in the meantime.
